Signs Hut Production Policy 

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Production Policy is to outline the standards, procedures, and best practices for producing high-quality yard signs. Our goal is to ensure that all products meet our quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

2. Product Specifications

Materials: We use only high-quality 4 mm durable coroplast, weather-resistant, and sturdy metal frames.
Printing : We employ advanced silkscreen printing technology to produce vibrant and long lasting 1&2 colors for Full color signs we use , high-resolution computer automated flatbeds to produce high quality graphics that are resistant to fading and damage.
Sizes and Shapes: Our yard signs are available in various sizes from the sizes 12x9 inches all the way to 4x8 feet and shapes are either square or retangular depending on the size chosen by the customer.

Die Cutting and Special Shapes: We don't do any, all of our signs are either square or retangular according to the size.

3. Quality Control

Pre-Production Checks: Before production begins, all designs are reviewed for accuracy and adherence to customer specifications. Proofs are provided for approval.
Production Monitoring: During production, quality checks are conducted at each stage to ensure materials and print quality meet our standards.
Final Inspection: Each finished yard sign undergoes a final inspection to verify that it meets our quality requirements and is free from defects.

4. Customization

Design Approval: Customers must approve design proofs before production starts. Design changes after approval may result in additional fees.
Personalization: We offer a range of customization options, including text, graphics, and colors. All customization requests are subject to feasibility and design guidelines.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard Production: Typical production time is 1-3 business days from design approval to shipment.
Next Day Turnaround: Is only valid for orders up to 200 units printed in 1 Color 1 Side of the panel and the customer is responsible for submitting the artwork ready to print at the time of placing the order. All other orders are produced in the standard production timeframe

6. Customer Satisfaction

Returns and Replacements: If a yard sign arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
